About InstanteStore
While the team at InstanteStore.com consists of your typical group of programmers, designers, customer service executives and such, we are not your typical tech-geek-turned-entrepreneur. It is the other way round to be exact!
Before we even embarked on developing the InstanteStore.com solution, we were already selling physical goods online, retailing entertainment goods since 1998. Yes, we started selling online THAT early! Google wasn't even launched yet and the top search engines online were Yahoo, Altavista and HotBot... Like we said, a LONG time ago...
Through our own online selling experience, we slowly (but surely) picked up the many tools (read sales boosting tools) required for a successful ecommerce store. Not many people at that time knew how to build a successful online store. Actually, not many people know how to build a store... period!
Our store selling entertainment goods became the dominant website in that niche. That prompted many people to try to hire us as developers to build an online store for them. Being an entrepreneur, Charles saw the potential of that market and thus eSolved.com Sdn. Bhd. (the company that owned the InstanteStore.com service) was born in late 1999.
We started out building custom ecommerce store platforms for each of our client. Of course, after building a number of stores, we found that all of them can share a "basic shopping cart engine". So, we literally took one year off and worked on the first version of InstanteStore.com.
InstanteStore.com was launched on 9th September 2001 and became an instant hit with our clients. Of course, we've sinced greatly enhanced and also still continue to upgrade the InstanteStore solution to stay as one of the most powerful, flexible & easy to use ecommerce solution available.
