  • Totally agree. I started with a free template for my store just to get things going. It did the job just fine but after 6 months I decided to take it up a notch and had one custom designed. That really help reduce the bounce rate and sales have been good.

    I would recommend minor layout changes every 3 months and major changes every 12 months just to keep things fresh.
