Do I need to pay a setup fee or any per transaction fees?
No, you don't. You just pay the flat monthly fee you choose.
Is there a minimum contract I need to sign?
No. We do not tie you with a contract. Although we'll be sad to see you go, you can cancel your account anytime you want. If you pre-paid with a half-yearly or yearly plan, we'll refund any un-used months.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can change your plans anytime you want. There's no charge or limit for changing plans.
What if I use more bandwidth than allocated?
That's not a problem. We'll inform you when that happens and you'll have a choice of upgrading your plan or just paying for extra bandwidth. Depending on how much extra bandwidth you need, it costs from only $0.75/GB.
Do I need a domain name to signup for your service?
No, you don't. Although, it's best that you use your own domain name, you can use the sub-domain that we give you if you wish.
